What is the deal with the old-school car in this render?

If you look at the first site above, you'll see it's kind of been a theme of theirs for some reason or another.

So, 1501 Commonwealth Ave is what was once known as Charing Cross, then renamed Lancaster Boston .. and currently its 55 condo units are under construction.

1505 Commonwealth Ave, apparently without a name, is a renovation of the existing building next door, and is approved for 85 units. Whether they will be condos or apartments has apparently not been decided.

1505 is undergoing review right now, it hasn't been approved yet.

As far as I know, it will be apartments.
