Amen - I second that! However, as it pertains here, as it starts to go up, this one won't remain 'lesser known/photographed' for long!

Methinks it's gonna be a very public star.

Eyeballing the two renders from two time periods, looks like they're admitting that the 3 story building isn't going anywhere and the building is now slightly less wide.

This and the cambridge residential tower may be the tallest towers that get built for a while…. and I couldnt care less tbh. TOD projects like that new proposal at readville are the kind of things I hope stay moving full steam ahead and are projects I’m way more interested in.

I love to see towers too, but the urban densification with more residential is far more important. I agree.

Great photos. Did this project stall out for a while? It seems like there has been prep work ongoing for 18 months now.

With the SST wrapping up I'm really excited for this one and the 450' in Kendall.

Is this one going to crack 400'?

Will be the tallest tower u/c within boston city limits after sst finishes?

Evey time I see a deep foundation dug out like this (a literal bucket brigade of excavators), I think "there has to be a better way."

Surely there are products out there like an auger-driven lift or a bucket chain or something that's cheaper than paying a skilled tradespeople to operate a couple of extra diggers.
