Wow the white portion of the building matches the sky there and almost disappears making it look much thinner and like its only black and blue.

-Used the apple clean up tool to turn that to reality, looks pretty good imo!

Regardless, its position at the kink on mass ave really puts it in an iconic position on the skyline. Pretty sweet.

It does make symphony plaza look dated

Also is now leasing with a Sep 1 move in it looks like, studios starting at $3,400, 1 beds starting at $4,300, and 2 beds starting at $6,700. Penthouse 3bed at $13,440 a month. Definitely premium pricing but given the location I'm sure it'll fill up.

That studio plan makes me feel claustrophobic. I’m imagining being sequestered there for a considerable amount of time January through April, looking at my stove.
