This plaza is going to be awesome, totally isolated from the highway noise although can definitely feel the trains going under.

You can see in this one that the office/lab building actually doesn't cover the highway at all, it's primary wall rests on the wall between the commuter rail/highway, only the retail cantilevers over the highway itself

Incredible pictures! Looks like theres only 4 more floors to go including the crown on the shorter tower.

The shorter tower is so unique because of the fact that it has those 3 long steel "legs" supporting that end of the building!! Never seen that before in a tall tower!! Also unique is that one building is made with steel while the shorter one is made mostly with concrete!!
