So this is a tech company where the staff is probably mostly WFH. I imagine that this office will be mostly empty. So people driving into Boston will be greeted by a shiny new building with no one in it?
I really like that both towers use a similar, quality façade. Some developments seem to be a bunch of disparate buildings randomly thrown up, not complementing each other (I'm thinking Cambridge Crossing and also the Verizon and the other buildings at North Station).
