(I hope this thread can be a place to discuss how the results of the midterms might impact housing/transportation/the built environment in Boston and in New England, if the mods like that idea.)
My understanding is that the NH house is currently a toss up, less sure about what the NH state senate is supposed to end up looking like. If both go Dem, do folks think that that increases the likelihood of commuter rail to NH anytime soon? I would assume that it at least kills last year's efforts of blocking future commuter rail extensions.
