The renders show both a "dining room" which looks like a restaurant and a "cafe" which looks like, well, a cafe. These should be open to the public in my opinion. The other thing that looks fantastic is the roof patio. Wow!

Cheap breakfast places/cafes always seem to work well with these types of lodgings and as an added plus most are usually independently owned/operated
