Not allowed to post attachments...

Does anyone know why I'm not allowed to post attachments? I've been emailing the administrator for 3 months now with this question but haven't received a reply.

Attachments eat up site bandwidth. They are disabled across the board for everyone. Get a Photobucket account or use tinypic.com.
