The colorful one on the top of this page is from ADD Inc directly (img path) and it's freakin' beautiful!! The street level looks very grim though in both renders. Both are also very auto-centric.

Most interested in the Time Square-ish one and the last one (gateway to Seaport Square).

Edit: IMG SRC says from 2008. Bummer.
