So far, I'm a fan of this recladding. I wish there was a spire or something interesting on the roof, but overall it's a HUGE win in my book.

I remember working in that building maybe ten or so years ago. I always wanted to go into the room or whatever it was where the window washers would hook up and whatnot... I jokingly called it the bat cave, but there was quite a bit of interesting infrastructure in that building. If anything, I always hated the freight elevator, it just always seemed to be a moving death trap.
