I'm wondering what you all feel like the future of the south side of Boylston and the Charlesgate neighborhood will be after this project is completed. I can theoretically see the neighborhood being upzoned. Not withstanding NIMBYism, It would make sense for a couple parcels within it (Whole Foods garage for ex.) to be zoned for 200-250 feet. On Boylston, I could imagine the street wall to be 7-10 stories, with a building or two going to 250'.
