I like the 3D framing. I am not a big fan of the corrugated infills or the one vertical section of curtain wall that isn't broken up with horizontal elements. Generally this is shaping up though

I was trying to see how close this came to track 61 and I actually came across this render showing just how close it is. If they ever do decide to extend it to the terminal it would be interesting. It would be pretty cool, some cities have freight trains that have to go right down the middle of the street. Itd be a cool quirk that reminds you its an old city. Im sure itd get old fast though for the people here.

Skanska has an impressive track record in Boston, with this now 72% leased before opening and their spec building at 121 Seaport Blvd filling up their leasing very quickly before it was completed. Hope to continue seeing this kind of growth.
