^ Definitely. I love how open and spacious the views are there.

Love the second shot. Where is that exactly?

Down at the far eastern end of Marginal Street, looking west.

@kz1000ps, what's your shooting kit/editing process? Apologies if you've answered this before... there's just something about your work that always stands out to me.

First, thank you for appreciating my work for all these years... as a creator who's sensitive about their shit it really does mean something to me. So thank you 🍻

As for my gear, it's really nothing special: a nearly 10 year old Canon T3i (the same exact one I had years back) with two lenses -- a 18-55mm f3.5-5.6 and a 70-200mm f4.0 for the zoom work. Then over the years I've learned Lightroom inside and out and although my camera produces really good colors and contrast on its own, I definitely use the software to make sure I get my preferred color palette.

My camera has this white balance/tint grid in the settings, and I use it ALL THE TIME. I don't even bother with the standard white balance settings unless I'm inside shooting under fluorescents or whatever. It allows me to make a lot of micro adjustments in person that really helps the colors breathe more naturally and spares me from a metric fuck ton of potential editing later on down the road. I use it so much and I love it so much.
