drove by this today. it's a pretty dramatically "active" and changing facade as you move along/past it. nice work.
 
I don't know if it's the lighting or just the buildings but these photos look like they were taken some time in the mid 1990s (and I don't mean that as a negative)!
That's exactly what I thought, to the point where I scanned the thread title to make sure I wasn't in Old Dirty Boston. These are great.

Just messing around with a filter! I didn't have any particular vibe in mind, just liked what I saw and rolled with it.

But yeah, I can see that 1990s effect... there's a certain heaviness to the shadows of your typical consumer-grade film stocks back then, then throw in a slight purple or teal tint and you get that '90s snapshot look. Mine is purple-ish but with some browning in the highlights; call it "Burned Purple"

O/T: I wasn't trying to emulate this rando shot in my '80s-90s nostalgia folder but this is pretty much it... 1991 in all its glory:
