Wouldn't it make sense (in theory) to flip the all glass building and the condos with exterior patios? I would think that maybe 4-5 story waterfront condos and then a 7-9 story glass building in back...?

It would and I have a feeling that those renderings from over 2 years ago may look a little different now. Maybe someone else will come across something current seeing construction is expected to begin in the spring.
