I believe this is the one in Eastie, more or less between the water and Maverick Square.
 
Hopefully this will start a trend of cleaning up a lot of the area along the waterfront in East Boston. There are some rough looking areas right on the water.
 
I really like the more traditional massing this has. It breaks up the landscraper feeling nicely, way better than the more abstract designs like what's going up near North Station.
