construction, expansion, and renovation of three historic properties on Westminster St.; the Trayne building at 270, and the Lapham-Wit buildings at 276-290.

Wow I wasn’t aware of the wellness Center and residency, but was wondering what they were doing there behind CVS. That Thayer intersection is going to be quite packed. Yay!

We have two Providence threads and I'm not quite sure how they differ... but since this is construction-related, I'll post this here.

Construction is wrapping up on the new courthouse parking garage. I know parking gets a lot of complaints, but this is a proactive move by the City as they're seeking to develop many of the surrounding downtown surface lots into something worthwhile, and need to replace the spaces being used to capacity.

The white building to the right is the Wexford development with the Cambridge Innovation Center. Last I heard, it was killing birds and they're working to fix it.

Google Maps shows it used to be half grassy lot, half parking lot.
