Updated renderings here: Alternating windows? You bet your ass.

I thought they had changed it to the alternating windows. I went back and looked and it was there before but my brain just ignored it. It actually looks like some of the buildings that go up and have to use a few plywood panels to cover some windows until they get the new ones in.

I lived in the West Village in a 5th-floor apartment facing east into the interior courtyard (think Hitchcock's movie, Rear Window). We had morning sun, but by 11am it was gone and then, sort of dull light the rest of the day and dreary-dusk by afternoon.
But at least we got some sun, and some sky to look at across the courtyard - and heck we were in the West Village. Buet here - I don't know who is going to pay whatever these condos are charging to stare across a narrow alley at the back of a building, and it is just overall really dark.
I get it - bankers, PE, and pied à tierre - however, there are a lot of options that at least have some light.

But to the point above the market rate building next door hasn’t been selling great and their prices have plummeted from the very ambitious $1,500+ psf when initially listed. The lower floors there were very much in a valley and staring into the parking garage across Lagrange
