For relatively low cost construction and materials, this building came out pretty nice! There seems to be just enough going on here to make it interesting to look at.

I'm sure they are aware of that. But they are still going to try to sell it as South End because that sounds nicer.

As long as they can stomach rabid neighborhood extremism & extortion, they should be fine.

There shouldn't be death threats or anything.... hopefully.
