Money is still an issue, so a re-prioritization has to happen first, probably involving trimming South Coast Rail back to Taunton, and mostly taking the $1b saved to make sure existing projects actually happen.

Perhaps this is Dantean -- she's condemned to her own circle of bureaucratic hell -- all these people promoting ideas and Congress closing the window -- unless the $T business tax amnesty on overseas $ comes along with an infrastructure fund

Well only time will tell if Charlie knows something about what might be proposed in DC
