Wow, how did this slide under the radar. Great to see some affordable housing density being added to that neighborhood. That stretch of road used to be a war zone back in the day. That lot has been abandoned forever, too.

What's with the Federal / Greek Revival throwback doorway -- by my read of the background to the area circa 1800 was a bunch of farms -- not exactly high style

Contextual with both its old and new neighbors. It doesn't distract from the pond or the park across the Jamaica Way, especially on those superior falls days, and the subtle curve compliments the pond, the Jamaica Way, and even the T-tracks. Well done.

When will this be done? I want to live in Serenity now! Sorry, I couldn't resist.
 
This one always takes me by surprise. I was walking down Fisher Ave yesterday and BAM! There it is, poking above the trees. It's quite prominent.
 
Drove by it the other night on the Jamaicaway. Very prominent.
 
anyone know when this bad boy will pre-lease? I'm in Olmsted, lot of reasons I'd like to get out and hop down the street.
