Thanks jsr. Ya, I have been meaning to get back. I have friends in NY and believe it or not I still think they are a 30% premium to Boston. I am curious to see how this building does. I'm on the fence on renting/that's why I haven't toured again. It's an interesting concept with a doorman building on the park. Nothing really like it.

The only difference between the two buildings is affordable housing.
More height, less length (essentially some volume), unless a you prefer the higher view of the VA
Ah, waking up to the E train screetching as it makes that 180 degree turn in front of the VA or blowing the horn as somebody in a car blocks the track at 7am on a Saturday morning will get old very quickly.
