Serenity | 105A S. Huntington | Jamaica Plain

I'm surprised that I'm actually pretty happy with how this one turned out. Not overly obtrusive from afar, doesn't ruin the Jway side's greenery, and a decent presence on S Huntington.

The real question is what do the units go for in the next door neighbor. The building that looks like mustard on top of a burger. That place rocks!

I'm curious, are you being literal or sarcastic with this comment about the enVisions hotel next door? Reason being you completely trashed the proposed 88 Seaport building but the "mustard on top of a burger" envisions hotel rocks. Granted, everyone has their own perceptions of what is attractive but I'm curious as to what you meant here.

Sarcastic. Could be so bad that it is good ... but sarcastic.

i once thought we'd be swapping 3 decker rows for rowhouses. .... now, i'm wondering if in 10~15 years we'll be swapping 3 or 4 triple D's for more of these 14-18 story apt towers.

Likely only in a few areas with both transit and fewer neighbors to complain. South Huntington works in this regard because a) has decent transit and b) no real residential neighborhood abutting the buildings here.
