P.S. - A couple of sleek 30 story buildings would do wonders for that skyline.

That's basically Halifax, NS. Similar-sized metro area and urban form / peninsula-shape but seems to be in a building boom and isn't afraid to go tall.

I think it's funny or ironic here that the building that appears to stand out the most is the Holiday Inn. Maybe it's pulling from some of that scenic whitecap vibe?

Honestly, I never had an issue with the white Holiday Inn. It broke up the depressing earth tones.
