I’m glad they voiced concerns and didn’t just wave it through. But do they have the balls to put the developer’s feet to the fire over it?
Can we just axe the garage from this proposal?

Not for a 400 unit mixed used development. Residents and shoppers will want to park somewhere. They could underground a portion of it. Or make it mixed use like the union station garage (which stillness no commercial tenants) or the major Taylor garage
Boston did it better with the billboard in front of the 7INK.
