Worcester should be going all in with development like this. Worcester is no boston, providence, or portland, theres not a ton of historical stuff and theres empty lots everywhere, they should just go all in on new development. It honestly should be the laboratory of MA for trying new things with housing imo. Tweak the laws, regs, try some prefab stuff, single stair…etc. Why not? This neighborhood alone is just a new ballpark and a couple 5 over 1 type builds and it looks a million times better than most stuff in the city, this could be a renaissance for the city if they really got building and filled in all those empty lots.
