Of the four, the only one I actually dislike is the verizon Building. The other three are decent.

Per the webcam, it looks like they are working on 45 out of 48, which includes the mechanical floors on top. View 3 shows it best. The last floor before the indent is 36. Of course, I don't know if that's exactly how they number it, but am basing it on counting windows in the renders and counting formed floors on the other webcam views. It should be approximately 30th tallest in the city now, and will end up settling in at 24th before being passed by State Street and Winthrop Square next year. I'm a very big fan!

As per the attached image, they are working on the bottom set of those double windows before the mech (ie the ones with the black insets). You can see on the webcam that the current floor is higher than the prior ones, which matches up to the render. So one more floor after the current one, plus 2 floors worth of mech and they're done. It's likely that the next floor will be the final one using poured concrete before switching to a steel top.
