The Mark at DeNormandie Wharf | Hodge Boiler Works Building | East Boston

Wow, that certainly looks a lot redder than the renders.

I did hate the color, but the idea of a bright waterfront has grown on me, and certainly is less bland than an all-white Miami look.

These new EB waterfront apartments are respecting the public realm so much better than anything downtown- specifically the harborwalk. Harbor Towers, Long Wharf, Battery Wharf - their harborwalks all feel like hidden public amenities and afterthoughts. These East Boston properties are stepped back and give much more space to the public, while still giving residents the luxury of harbor views (if not quality of materials...).

Did East Boston + Seaport just triple the number of water-view dwellings in Boston over the past 10 years? 5X?

This was destined for the trash bin but ehh why not

This really came out great, glad to see the space for retail too, def a huge plus. For years it was soo obvious how much potential Easties waterfront had wifh so many empty lots and wharfs, glad to see it finally reaching its potential.
