"New small town" is right. That's, what, 1,500 units underway? 2,000 to 2,500 when you add in the Vero and Pioneer? Translates to 3,000-4,000 humans, depending on the unit mixes in each building and how many units are rented by couples?

Everett Triangle's approved, under construction, and recently completed project pipeline represents a housing increase from 2020 to 2030 that can house 10,000+ more residents. If proposals consistent with zoning move at the same speed as Greystar's developments, it could be as much as 15,000+ more residents here by 2030. It's an unusually fast pace for housing generation in a Greater Boston community--even Seaport, Fenway, and Assembly Row haven't brought this many units online this quickly.
 
Somehow, Everett is actually consuming a good fraction of the industrial brownfields available for redevelopment - it'll be interesting to see if they upzone elsewhere to continue housing production.

Damn, Everett to Greater Boston's housing crisis is like Poland in the Ukraine war support campaign. They're doing much of the material heavy lifting - - far more than their weight. Go Everett!!!!! (y) (and Slava Ukraini!)

They flunked French in high school and just forgot the ”i” Between the ”a” and”s”?
 
I had that exact GE range in my last apartment. It is/was about $1200, so not bargain basement cheapo and the griddle in the middle makes excellent pancakes.
