Lots of activity on that corner if you like pigeons! One of the largest flocks in the entire city hangs out right there around the Boylston station exit.Nice! This should bring some much needed activity to that corner of the Common. However, I wish they had fixed the concrete sidewalk better. It looks like a sloppy asphalt patchwork.
Speaking of... will the hideous screeching of the trolleys as they negotiate the hairpin curve there be annoyingly audible from where the beer garden will be operating?right there around the Boylston station exit.

Coming 2024, an F1 Arcade in the Seaport. Doesn't specify where exactly, but it is coming. This will be their first location in North America. Immersive simulators, a full bar and food.
