The Rise of the Supertall

Kingdom tower is gross. That being said I'd like to see how they deal with wind on that terrace that's only about 2000 feet up in the atmosphere.
 
The design is awful, but when a tower is that tall, you need that much of a huge sloppy footprint because of all the MEP and elevators that are required.

I personally do not like supertalls and don't think they actually have a place in our society. I see the skyscraper cap at 110 stories. They are just not economical/ecologically responsible buildings when they exceed that.
