The white frames on the sliders disappear on a gray day. I expect they will still stick out on a sunny day.

The master deed and floor plans have been filed with the registry of deeds. Would assume closings should begin soon. The larger of the two “grand penthouses” at 10k sq ft could set a record if they get similar prices to One Dalton.

Yes, looks like this could be a Boston record since they are getting One Dalton prices according to this BBJ Quote:


"A four-bedroom, five-bath penthouse unit at the under-construction The St. Regis Residences, Boston in the city’s Seaport District is under contract for $13 million, an off-market deal that far exceeds the price per square foot price for even the highest end of Boston’s condominium market.

Indeed, there is a garage. The PDF seems to be glitchy so the screenshots are a bit messed up. Looks like one level below grade. Not sure if I'd want my Range Rover 15 feet under Seaport Blvd, but...I don't have a Range Rover.

Anecdotally, pretty sure I saw two roll-up garage doors right on Seaport but I don't recall if there are obvious curb cuts or if the whole sidewalk fades to street level around that area. The second picture below makes it clear there are two car elevators available, so that's likely what's happening here.

Is there a garage here? 5’ doesn’t help cars.
Cars can be moved. The other option would be ground level or 2nd level parking. No thanks.
Not to mention 5' does protect below grade if there isn't a way for water to get into the building.
