Way too much parking overall, but a nice design and it’s good to finally see housing at the Point!
The only way that much parking could be justified is if it's also going to serve the future phases on Lots 4 and 5 on their campus plan.
Thompsons Point is sitting on gold right now. Since their Master Development Plan was approved before Inclusionary Zoning, these are likely the only development sites in the city that don’t need to meet any kind of IZ requirement.
