Towards a new Boston style

There was a 8 story blue brick apartment 3 bulidings down from me at my last residence and it was extremely ugly. I prefer boring beige over ugly blue brick.
 
The Hancock Tower is essentially blue. I don't know if there is blue tint on the glass, or if that's purely sky reflection.
