Goggled "honeycomb facade" and found it.

Lovely stuff from Henning Larsen. I'd love to see something like it on the former fountain site at City Hall Plaza.

Damn, wish I had seen this sooner because I actually knew the answer! Harpa was featured in a Sense 8 episode and Black Mirror's "Crocodile."

My favorite thing about it is the way that the architects chose to phenomenologically link the exterior with the interior of the hall. The exterior is clearly inspired by Iceland's magnificent basalt columns:

The interior's glowing red is inspired by the lava that created them:

I'd call this the next generation of Organic Architecture.
