^ Art Deco older portion of 75-101 Federal (I think that's the address). I figured this one out by spotting in the window the reflection of that building which recently housed the Boston Stock Exchange.

Harborside Drive. It's the Ted Williams Tunnel Vent Building, opposite the airport Hyatt Hotel. The area, geographically, is called Bird Island Flats.
