It has gotten quiet on Reactory Drive. No drug component manufacturing, no construction of fancy Life Sciences buildings. WuXi is sitting idle.
Now the city wants to rezone the area to General Business and Residential:

Looking closer at this now, it’s actually a much bigger area that the original Reactory proposal. Looks like it would even cut into a chunk of Green Hill Park.
