Trillium will be opening a beer garden in the Greenway! Super unexpected move, it is Boston after all...
The only odd thing is that there has been zero progress on the food area (Anna's, Dig Inn, etc.)
Speaking of the food area, is Eataly still drawing big crowds? Or has it tapered off?
Real Reporter's banner headline currently is $65 million sale of the old Barnes & Nobles building:

Presumably the incoming ownership group had some kind of agreement in place with H&M--as Lrfox has been hinting at--well before the property sale was finalized.
Lrfox?

I know some of you really liked this place...too bad I never even got a chance to try it.
Shame. The food was interesting but not quite there. Same with the space, a bit betwixt and between. I hope something that can survive goes into that space (a restaurant preferably, not a bank!)
Globe: LL Bean to open in the Seaport.
Store at One Seaport Square will be small (8,600 sq.ft), in the same building as the bowling alley and movie theatre. Will be the brand's first urban location.

Interesting. They did have a store on Congress Street in Downtown Portland, ME but it closed a while back. So I don't know that this is technically their first urban location, but it will be their first in a major city. I think they'll kill it here.
Also, does anyone know about where we are with Tasty Burger at North Station? I walked by the other day and it seems like the site (I think the old pro shop) wasn't anywhere close to being complete and in January, they were anticipating a May opening. Asking for a friend.
