Saw this for the first time up close coming up Broadway. Looks surprisingly good. I didnt mind it from a distance but up close its noticeably the nicest around. That is until a few streets over where Mass main looks wonderful.

Fantastic – needed ASAP at that human-unfriendly intersection.

As a reminder, all of Galileo is planned for cycle tracks (completing the existing ones on Vassar to the south and Binney to the east), as is Broadway from the Hampshire intersection (currently bollard-protected) to Ames at least. The Grand Junction path is also u/c on the block across the street (I believe), and Alexandria is trying to build it out up to Cambridge Street in exchange for rights to a large structure.

tl;dr good local transportation improvements are within sight in the Kendall-Port-East Cambridge area.
 
As a former employee, I kind of wish they'd used C++ for the background text instead of Javascript.
