There are some nice brick buildings on that site in theory, but it looks pretty blighted, so probably a new plus. I hope they do something nice for the neighbors on Yeoman.

If I'm remembering correctly, there was plan floated a few years ago for a biotech / lab development on that lot, and the property owner was looking for tenants to sign on.

I guess this shows that labs don't work everywhere, even in 2021.

Yes, it looks like there are four, 2 floor units at each corner of the building, each with a front door and a back exit, and basement garage. All without looking boringly "contemporary." Brilliant!

Not going to say “All Buildings Matter” but rather “A Rising Tide Lifts All Boats”.

It’s not good enough that these Roxbury developments are now clearing a crappy low bar (Kenmore). The goal is that Roxbury’s new architecture is clearing a high quality bar. And THAT would be “about time”. I look forward to more and better (and better transpo serving the area) 👍
 
Id say the recent nubian proposals clear that bar, lets hope they get built.
