The building is now fully leased:

InterSystems Corp. will move its headquarters from Cambridge’s Kendall Square to the $1 billion One Congress tower under construction in downtown Boston, agreeing to take the building’s top 14 floors, the tech firm announced Tuesday. The one-million-square-foot building is now fully leased.

Oddly, somebody went through the effort of photoshopping out the crane that is very much still up above the roofline....weird.

I think the idea is that as someone who likes new buildings, you would care about Boston’s commercial RE market in that it’s health enables us to have new buildings
