Oh yea the NikeTown building. I actually thought that was just a remodel of the old building, but that makes sense.

Yup I remember watching that one go up. Nice building. Thats the most recent new build on the main strip of newbury.

You also have 93 mass ave/407 newbury st. buit in 2014. It is across mass ave but its right there.

I have a feeling this building will look "fine."

But the history of its design iterations - which can be viewed on Page 17 of this Feb 2021 BPDA presentation - shows a devolution from interesting initial design to dull end-product.
