they're making some slow progress. looks like they have the foundation poured/done whatnot.

^ Yes, it appears that they're about 80% done with subgrade work, and at least half the site look ready to start shooting upwards.

I just filled out the info request form on the website, but does anybody know if they have opened the sales office yet and if so, where is it?

For now, the sales office is at 14 Newbury Street.

Here's an email I received from the sales office.

This is what I know so far --- there will be 107 condos for sale, probably starting in January, 2008. We anticipate closings to be in the fall, 2009.

We will have studios, one beds , one bed plus study areas, two beds, two bed and three bedrooms. I have attached a picture of the building for you --- although today it still looks like an empty parking lot.

The development will have a five star restaurant, a gourmet shopping market for delicious prepared foods and wines, a fitness center, a Clarendon Club room, an Assouline Library , a common outdoor terrace, 24 hr. concierge services and valet parking. The Clarendon will be a full service luxury condominium development.

Where is that green space going to be? Or did they make that up?

Talk about artistic licence.. silly Neoscape.

I think the greenspace is over the above-ground part, separate part of the building, which is to the right, on that rendering (three-story gray building).

This building is cool looking, one of Boston's better recent projects I think..

This is a pretty decent building design and all, but I really don't think it fits in well with its surroundings.

Sunday, February 10, 2008. Something is finally coming up above the ground here.

This is going up -- hopefully fast. Sorry about the poor photography on these.

From Sunday, March 9th:
