“The Proponent is proposing to construct a new four (4) story building with thirty-two (32) one (1) bedroom units and twelve (12) two (2) bedroom units. The project will also have forty-four (44) parking spaces and fifty (50) bicycle parking spaces.”

Here’s another previously approved (BRA + ZBA) HP project that the developer just resubmitted as a larger project. 6 stories vs 4, 68 units vs 44. Retaining more retail wouldve been good for the neighborhood. Readville is getting some momentum.

375 Cummins Highway (49 units)

(I realized that even the Planning Department can't decide whether this one is in Roslindale or Hyde Park - on their Map View it's in the latter, but on their List View it's in the former. To be fair I'll be putting this one in both the Roslindale & HP threads going forward)

7 Dana Avenue (27 units - "At-Risk" Foundation-Only permit issued)

8 Dacy Street (2-unit renovation/expansion)

It's great density, but I wish they could have made this somehow less glaring in its geometry. If there was infill to its right, that would help, but these streets are, and feel, when you're on them, slightly curved, and this aggressively cubical structure feels hostile to that.

Thanks - isn't this in JP though?
