Tallest building in town, can you name the city?

I cheated and know what it is. Not going to say, but my "hint" if you can call it that is that I've never heard of the place.

And that is what makes it an interesting challenge. :) My curiosity took me through the place back in the 80's when it was a just a sleepy town and I am not really surprised to see how it has grown due to what larger city is close by. However, the addition of a 200' office tower downtown did catch me off guard.
 
I'm not all that familiar with Murfreesboro, but looking at it on Google Maps (not sure how old this view is), there appears to be no shortage of asphalt that could be turned into more high-rises or other infill projects.

Agree and its far enough from Nashville (35 miles) to maintain a level of independence without losing all of its small city southern charm.

This rust belt city's tallest is a classic 14 story building which tops out at 190'.
 
Got lucky! I never see these things until it's too late (or I just have no clue).
 
And I was thinking of adding some obscure Pro Football HOF clue because I thought it might be too difficult.

This midwestern city's tallest building has sadly been demolished a few months ago. Same thing can happen with the Time & Temperature Building in Portland if developers don't get their act together.

Greed and ego may kill the time and temp building for sure… glad next door is in good hands. A developer who cares about his community and the $ compared to a hotel developer who only cares about the $.

Tallest in this city that once had a population of around 55,000 and where a random dart throw put the town on the map during the mid 70's.
 
Good job JumboBuc. It is not but the Jennison Hardware Building may still the most prominent structure in the skyline due to its location by the river. Did you pick up on the random dart throw clue?

This very retro pastel condo tower contains almost everything a resident may need in this maritime community which, if Wikipedia is accurate, is planning its second passenger rail stop.
