Development Map and Chart

The full Boston + all suburban maps are updated with built, under construction, and proposed. When viewing the Boston map, you'll see links for the metropolitan area cities on the left hand side. Bear in mind that this is only for buildings 115' or higher. I'll be maintaining updates for the map as time goes on so it's fairly live +/- 1-2 weeks. What I find most shocking about the data is that Boston has 6X as many proposals as it does buildings under construction. Happy to answer any questions related to the map/data, I've been working on pulling this together on SSP for 3 years:

I'm trying to find a thread I thought we had - Proposed But Not Built .. am I dreaming or did it exist.

Similarly, is there any 3D designed digital map out there of Boston with all the proposed buildings included? Sort of like the BPDA map they hide inside its headquarters but available online? I want to be able to zoom in and out and see what could have been. (i.e., Simon Copley Tower).
