New England Revolution Stadium | 173 Alford Street | Boston-Everett

My favorite part is the walking path on the right side by the water that is leading fans towards what I believe is Exelon's switching station. My guess is that if/when this ever gets approved that it'll look NOTHING like these renders.

I wouldn't get too attached or concerned about those renderings. They seem very rushed.

A copy of the signed agreement between the City of Everett, and "NRS, LLC". https://htv-prod-media.s3.amazonaws.com/files/memorandum-of-agreement-nrs-signed-6553b8856284f.pdf I'm assuming "NRS" stands for New Revolution Stadium. Agreement appears to be signed by James Cobrey, who is a VP and...

Re: Site in Hub top choice for a soccer stadium For what it's worth... Team President Brian Bilello told a gathering of Season Ticket Holders earlier this week that while they would not disclose details regarding locations, that the team was "very far along" in their efforts to build a stadium...

    Boston 2024

Boston competes because NBC wants the Olympics to be in the United States, and NO ONE gives the IOC more money than NBC. That, and there's a feeling that Chicago was screwed last time around.

Re: Somerville Soccer Stadium A valid concern, but isn't it solved if in whatever agreement emerges between the Walsh and the Krafts, a clause is put in that the Krafts can't sell more than 40,000 tickets to any single event held at the stadium?

Suffolk Downs Redevelopment | East Boston/Revere

Re: MA Casino Developments Talked to a friend of mine today who had an intriguing idea... the Revolution and Celtics should partner together to purchase Suffolk Downs. Why the Celtics would be interested: Would transition from being a tenant at TD Garden to an owner of a new arena. Would...

Suffolk Downs Redevelopment | East Boston/Revere

Re: MA Casino Developments Google Maps isn't always the greatest, but if you look at Suffolk Downs, and then you look at Sporting Park in Kansas City (...currently the Gold Standard in American Soccer Stadium Construction), you could probably fit three Sporting Parks in Suffolk Downs' track...

Re: Somerville Soccer Stadium My first inclination is to suggest that this is bad news, but I think the Revs are serious about seeing if the Boston 2024 bid goes anywhere. Revolution, City of Boston Have Hardly Talked About a Soccer Stadium

Re: Somerville Soccer Stadium Except, it's a one-way street. Sure, people in Providence, Worcester, and Springfield can get Boston media. I'm sure they're well informed about what's going on in Boston. The major Boston media outlets don't give two craps about anything outside of 495. Or to...

Re: Somerville Soccer Stadium A little stadium discussion here: Boston Magazine: The Krafts are the Worst Owners in the League There was also a tweet tonight from former coach Steve Nicol, who says he's seen the model of the stadium the Krafts have in mind. In response to a fan who asked...
