To me this building is the end of Corporate Memphis art, the idea that our rentiers are fun, colorful, diverse, and yet apolitical. This building, while a product of capital accumulation and speculation, actually succeeds in marrying the aesthetic aspirations of corporate America to something real and beautiful in the built environment, rather than just being glass curtain wall slop produced by unimaginative and cost-cutting architect-developers.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again!! I freakin love this building! Can't wait for it to be finished, and it's up and running!!
