I am really shocked that they are just now doing this. This area is a blight on the surrounding area. I mistakenly went through this area at night when playing Pokemon GO and I was not feeling the safest.

It is really sad that we even have to have these conversations in the middle of a city. What the hell are these people doing in the city?

I think that the front of this building facing Seaport Square will be nice, but the back looks like the demonic face alla Edward Mordrake.

I hardly even recognize Boylston anymore. It is so different from when it was just gas stations and food joints.

There is not a chance that anything of substance will be built there anytime soon. I have been waiting on anyone to propose anything remotely viable, but I don't feel that there is anyway to make a profit.

I don't see why they would run into an issue with months end. Aren't they just doing the decking for the parking garage and the elevator core? If that is the case, with their current progress I think, hope, that they will be mid-level one by the first week of December.

I really am unsure. One would assume that they would, that is if you are speaking of a water closet. If that is not what you meant, please explain what a "W.C." is.
