It is funny, as I look at these photos I think of how critical that Copley tower would have been to the so called High Spine. Wish that one had not gotten scrapped. Would have made a great addition to the skyline.

Every time i see this thread bumped i have to laugh. What they should actually do is delete it. Dont waste our breath. This thing is never going to happen. Oh it should happen tomorrow. Replacing that hunk of garbage with a tower is a win win for all but perhaps a select few in harbor towers...

I agree completely that Bostons process of approving new projects is embarrassing and costs the taxpayers HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS, but this is positive news. The article says the tower will rise in 2018, but that construction the base will begin as planned in 2016. Working on a complicated site...
